A file won't import
In short
Read the message KinoLap shows. A file may be unreadable, over 50 MB, empty, damaged, a planned route, too short or already imported. A ZIP must be unzipped in Files first.
The messages
- "… isn't a GPX, FIT or TCX file we can read": the file is a ZIP, KML or another type. Unzip a ZIP in Files, then pick the .fit file inside. Export again as FIT, GPX or TCX.
- "… is larger than 50 MB": export one activity at a time, not your whole history.
- "… is empty" or "… is damaged and can't be read": download or export the file again.
- "… has no recorded track. Planned routes can't become a video": pick a finished activity, not a course, a workout plan or a settings file.
- "… is too short to make a video": the activity is under 30 seconds or under 50 metres.
- "… is already imported": KinoLap already has it. Find it in the Activities tab.
- "Couldn't read …. Try again": pick the file again.
