Use your photo or video
In short
Use up to 5 photos or one video clip as the background or as a Widget. Trim the clip, add a photo effect, and keep or mute its own sound.
Add it
In the editor, choose Photo or video, or open Palette and pick a photo or video background. You choose each file yourself. KinoLap can't see the rest of your library. You can pick up to 5 photos or one video.
Trim a clip
Tap a video to trim it. A background video sets the length of the recap: the part you keep, at least 3 seconds. The video never loops past its end. A clip can be up to 10 minutes.
Photo effects
The Effects tab has photo effects. Soft and Pixelate are free. Speed, Impact, Style and Crystal are Pro.
The clip's sound
A background video keeps its own sound. Change the volume or mute it in the Video tab. Video Widgets stay silent. See Why there is no music library.
