Cancel, change plan or ask for a refund

Apple handles billing. Cancel or change the plan in iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Refunds go through Apple.
Cancel or change
- Open iPhone Settings and tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions, then KinoLap Pro.
- Change the plan or tap Cancel Subscription.
Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next charge. In KinoLap, Profile › KinoLap Pro › Manage subscription opens the same place. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
Refunds
Apple decides refunds. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, choose the purchase and tell Apple what went wrong.
